Please review the following terms and conditions relating to your reservation with Ski Village Resorts:

Deposit Terms:
An initial deposit equal to one night's lodging is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservations are made within 45 days of arrival, full payment must be made at the time of reservation. A credit card will be due upon arrival, which will be charged only if there are damages, theft, excessive cleaning charges, lost keys or unpaid telephone calls. Please note that a check out cleaning fee may be charged on 1 and 2 night stays.

Cancellation Terms:
Cancellation inside 45 days arrival is subject to forfeiture of full payment. Cancellation outside 45 days arrival is subject to one night lodging processing fee per reservation. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. Failure to make any payments due will jeopardize your reservation and could cause cancellation without notice at the discretion of Ski Village Resorts.

Check-in/Check-out:
All parties shall check-in and check-out at our office front desk location, 109 North Main Street in Breckenridge, Colorado. Our summer office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. If the unit is available, we will be happy to check your party in at an earlier time. Late check-outs are subject to an additional night's charge. Please let us know if you will be arriving when our office is closed so that arrangements can be made for your check-in. If necessary, for your convenience, we do have luggage storage available.

Forms of Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Money orders and, of course, we will accept your personal check or cash.

Insurance Program:
Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances do arise that can cancel or interrupt your travel plans. Because of this, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; it will take the worry out of your vacation plans.

Parking:
Parking is limited at most properties. Parties with more than one vehicle may be required to park off-site. Prior arrangements are suggested. Parking permits, provided at check-in, must be displayed in vehicles at all times. A per night rate may be assessed at different complexes. You will be advised of this at the time you make reservations.

No Smoking and No Pets:
Smoking is not permitted at any of our properties. Pets are not permitted at any property. A minimum charge of $500 will be charged to your credit card for failure to comply with these conditions.

Keys:
To avoid a lost key charge, please return all keys at check-out.

Taxes and other fees:
Taxes and resort fees are not included in the room rate. Currently the charge is 15.675%.
This is subject to change.

Substitution of Comparable Accommodations:
In the event of booking conflicts with homeowners or unforeseen maintenance requirements, we reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations, provided the guest is not charged a higher rental rate than the accommodation type originally requested.

Enforcement of Policies:
As a destination resort, we have limited opportunity to sell last minute reservations. In the weeks prior to your arrival we may have turned away other guests to guarantee your reservation. Because we have a limited ability to resell accommodations on a short-term basis, late arrivals and early departures will not result in a refund. All deposit policies are strictly enforced.
