December 8, 2010  I love it when the forecast is predicting 1-2 inches of snow, and I wake up to the snow blower at 6AM. Music to my ears!!! My maintenance man is diligently clearing our walk-ways for us. Instead of being annoyed that I was woken out of my blissful sleep, I am filled with excitement! It's going to be a POWDER DAY!!! 10 inches of fresh snow is what the resort reported!!!
Locals were heading up to the lifts to get fresh tracks ... cars were left covered in snow. And there's no rush to clean off the pop-up camper and stove! Hopefully there will be many more powder days before that gets used!! I hope you can make it up to experience some of the BEST EARLY SEASON SNOW in years!!!
